Safe Harbor for Animals
Safe Harbor for Animals is a tiny shelter staffed solely by volunteers. We take in abandoned cats and kittens, provide them with appropriate veterinary care, then find them permanent, loving homes. We also have a low-cost spay/neuter program for low-income families.
