Humane Society of the Upper ValleyThe Humane Society of the Upper Valley is the only humane agency that works to help animals located in the entire Upper Snake Rivery Valley area. We have four main goals. The first is to offer spay and neuter certificates to low income families in order to try and stem the constant flow of puppies and kittens. Secondly, we offer pet adoption services helping to place animals that are being surrended by their families or that are abandoned or strays. Working through various breed rescues, we often place dogs out of our area. We also investigate animal abuse and cruelty cases and work closely with local law enforcement.
