We are a very small, family-run group specializing in placing maine coon mixes into approved homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered prior to placement if they are over 6 months old. They are FeLuk/FIV tested and up-to-date on shots. Additionally the cats have been seen by a vet and treated for fleas, ear mites, etc. as necessary.

Founded in 1914, WARL is a private, not-for-profit animal welfare organization that provides care and compassion to homeless animals throughout the region. Our shelter, a bright, inviting facility in northwest Washington, is open daily to welcome you. WARL also houses a full-service Medical Center, which opened in 1996 to provide low-cost veterinary care for our shelter animals and the pets of low-income guardians. Additionally, our innovative programs and frequent community events make us a leader in the animal welfare community and in our hometown.
