REDLANDS HUMANE SOCIETYWe operate an "all breeds" pet rescue and adoption program. We do not operate a shelter and never euthanize a healthy animal. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes until they find good adoptive homes. We have no paid staff, this is an all volunteer organization. PAL Humane SocietyPAL Humane Society is a 501 (c)(3) animal welfare organization located in the City of Victorville, CA. PAL's goal is to reduce euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in the Victor Valley. In 2005 we adopted out 437 animals (most of them from owners unable to keep them). PAL is looking into grants and capital funding. Our short term goals are to have an educational program for children in the school systems, to develop a spay/neuter program using vouchers expecially for low-income families, and to work with the senior citizen community. Riverside RescueRiverside Rescue was formed because of the tremendous amount of stray canines in the area. Taking them to the county shelter is not an option because they kill over 70% of the companions that enter their system! Riverside Humane Society Pet Adoption CenterThe Riverside Humane Society is a private, nonprofit limited-entry pet adoption center. No healthy, adoptable animal is ever put to sleep. When a dog or cat is accepted into the Adoption Center, they stay with us until they are adopted. Prior to adoption, each animal is either spayed or neutered and receives all necessary vaccinations.
