Turlock Animal ControlAnimal Control's purpose is to promote health and safety in the Turlock community related to animal issues and services. In 2002, Animal Control Services impounded 1,080 dogs and 1,192 cats. 33 percent of dogs and 71 percent of cats impounded were euthanized.
