A-PET boasts over 270 successful adoptions! We never "return" or release an animal to any Animal Control Facility nor do we ever turn an animal over to any other organization that participates in euthanasia. A-PET accepts animals on a space available basis giving priority to the rescue and care of lost, injured, abandoned and/or stray animals from Edwards Animal Control as well as PCS Surrenders. We have cats available for adoption who are former blood donors or who have special physical, health, or psychological needs. Some cats are elderly or have come from abusive or neglectful homes.
