We are a group of individuals dedicated to the placement of homeless domestic felines. Our mission is to preserve the convenant begun in ancient times between people and felines. We accomplish this by seeking placement for those felines who are used to human company. For those felines who are not social with people, TNR (trap, neuter and return) with provisions for food and water provided in the future is accomplished. Before release all felines are altered (spayed or neutered), vaccinated and will have tested negative for feline leukemia. In addition, adoptable felines are also microchipped. If you are interested in accomplishing TNR, there is a new hotline in Solano County to take your inquiries. It is 421-5515

During their stay at the shelter, the animals are provided with necessary veterinarian care, vaccinations, food, shelter, and plenty of love and affection. We are the only "NO-KILL" shelter in our area and are supported wholly by adoption fees and private donations. Financial donations are always a great help to us and allow us to help more homeless animals find great new homes. Donations of blankets, toys, pet food, kitty litter, etc. are always welcome and appreciated. We are also in need of foster families for young kittens or puppies. We have pets on occasion that just need a quiet place to recover and rest after an injury. If you are interested in being a temporary foster home to an animal in need please give us a call at the shelter. Foster families are provided with all the food and medical supplies for the pets they foster

Heaven on Earth Society for Animals (HESA) was formed to draw attention and support to those homeless animals that are often overlooked by the community due to their low potential for adoption. We believe these feral, sick and elderly animals deserve a better quality of life just as much as friendly, healthy animals. The Heaven on Earth Animal Shelter was established as a no-kill facility that provides both temporary and permanent shelter and care for homeless animals. Heaven on Earth has served over 400 homeless animals in less than 4 years. Animals in our care live communally and happily in spacious, cage-free areas and are given high quality food, medical care and toys for stimulus. Volunteers are always welcome to play with, groom and love our residents.

At our shelter facility located in Van Nuys, California, an average of 60 dogs and 30 cats are housed until they can be placed with new guardians. Greyfoot Cat Rescue is a non-profit, all volunteer organization. We depend on donations to fund our program. Greyfoot Cat rescue was founded in 1998 in order to assist the homeless cats of Ventura county. Greyfoot has rescued, rehabilitated, spay or neutered and placed thousands of cats since established. We also have created a rural sanctuary for unwanted cats with special needs. Unfortunatly we are completely full to capacity and cannot take in any other non-adoptable cats at this time. The tragic overpopulation epidemic of cats can only be reversed through the preventive measures of spay or neuter surgery. We envision a time when every cat born will be a wanted one
