AnimalSaversWe are an animal rights group whose primary purpose is to reduce the disease of pet overpopulation, which kills more companion animals than any known illness. We offer free spay/neuter for feral cats and low income persons' felines in Sacramento County. Additionally, we trap, spay and neuter, and release feral cats. Berkeley Animal Care ServicesThe City of Berkeley Animal Services is a division of the City of Berkeley in the office of special community services. Animal services provides field services for the cities of Berkeley and Albany and shelters animals from Berkeley, Albany, Piedmont, and Emeryville.
