Animal Angel Rescue FoundationAARF exists to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. Every animal is responded to differently depending on their state of health and temperament. AARF uses a hands-on approach to train and rehabilitate animals so they may become family pets. This enables us to know the animals' personalities and train them accordingly. ELMIRA CAT RESCUEElmira Cat Rescue is a grassroots, volunteer organization concerned with the overpopulation of abandoned cats trying to survive on our streets and surrounding rural roads. Our purpose is to work locally to rescue abandoned and neglected cats and help stop needless suffering. We do this through public education and a health and spay-neuter program.
