We believe that all pet birds deserve quality care, love, and respect and that bird owners should have access to the most current bird care information possible. Knapptime Adoption Rescue and Education (KARE) is a Rescue and a Temporary Sanctuary Facility for exotic birds. We provide birds a stable,loving home for the duration of their stay at KARE. We are operate soley on donations, and the small adoptive fee from the wonderful feather babies we adopt to new loving homes. We do not have a shelter so our volunteers and foster homes are so important to us. We are a small rescue but we do whatever we can for animals in need. We accepted domestic ducks, geese and chickens as well as injured wild waterfoul in need.
