Noah ProgramThe Noah Program is a 501c-3 non-profit organization that began at Ark Animal Hospital in 1994. Our mission is to provide medical care and treatment to critically injured stray animals and wildlife of our area. Once treated, domestic animals are then put up for adoption and wildlife are released back into the wild. Some of our domestic animals need special homes because they may not have a leg or eye, need daily medications, have a limp, a skin condition or have chronically treated problems. They need exceptional care and love. Their ages range from newborn on up to adult. If you or a friend would be interested in adopting one of these special pets, please contact Ark Animal Hospital at 843-238-1414. An adoption form will be completed before taking ownership. Adopted pets are spayed or neutered before placing if they are old enough. If not then, it will be done at a discounted rate. All cats are tested for leukemia and feline aids and the dogs are tested for heartworms. They are also up to date on vaccines and started on heartworm prevention. There is an ADOPTION DONATION, which helps the NOAH PROGRAM.
