We take in alot of homeless little critters/Chickens(mostly) who came from Neglect/abused or accident litters or unwanted litters. Even from SPCA/Shelters. We take them in and take care of them for three weeks to be sure they all are healthy before they can be up for adoption. There are TOO many homeless mice/guinea pigs/ferrets/hamsters/ and etc.. to breed MORE! Save animals by adopting homeless non breedable pets! They need homes more than any others!

Last Chance Animal Rescue is operated by a private family in Pocahontas County
WV and we have donated our home and time to take in unwanted , abused and
neglected animals and give them everything they need until a new and forever home
is found. Although we try to never turn away any animal in need our main areas of
focus are rabbits, ferrets, llamas, goats, horses and domesticated birds. We have
also devoted our own time and resources to rescue as many starved and abused
horses that funds will allow from kill buyers at auctions to keep them from going to
slaughter. And we try to rehabilitate as many as possible for a second chance for
a new and loving home.
